Claire Bennett
MSc Economics Candidate
About
Claire is completing her MSc in Economics at Western after graduating with distinction from the Honours Economics program. She tutors only the intermediate macro sequence, ECON 2220 and 2221, because that is where her research lives and where students need the most help. Growth models, labour markets, IS-LM, and stabilization policy, all translated from Greek letters into plain language. For micro theory she'll happily refer you to Marc; for econometrics, Harman.

Student reviews
“Booked a last-minute session before my macro midterm and she still showed up with a full plan for exactly my weak spots. Unreal.”

“Claire taught me more about IS-LM in ninety minutes than I picked up in a month of lectures. She knows exactly where students get stuck.”
Priya R.
2nd-Year Economics · Tutored in ECON 2221A/B
“The Solow model went from terrifying to routine. Claire makes you derive everything once, properly, and then it just sticks.”
